[ptp-dev] CDT 3.0 release

I've updated the patched CDT files in org.eclipse.ptp.lang/cdt_changes
correspond to the head of the CDT repository.  So anyone using FDT  
should
checkout CDT from dev.eclipse.org:/home/tools before applying the  
patches.

Since it sounds like CDT 3.0 is imminent, we have updated FDT in  
preparation
for the release.  Once it is officially released, we plan to keep  
developing FDT
against 3.0 (at least for awhile).
