[ptp-dev] Terminate Job

You can now terminate an MPI job.  Just start it, click on the job as it 
appears in the Job View and then click the terminate button.  The 
terminate button will be grayed out until you click on the job.

In the future, once I can tell the state of a job I'll be able to change 
the job's information accordingly.  Similarly, you shouldn't be able to 
abort jobs that aren't running - but that would require me being able to 
actually know its state.

That's coming soon hopefully.
