[ptp-dev] PTP Debug Update

Hello,

Able to hook ptp.launch with ptp.debug.core and ptp.debug.external....
When the user brings up the run/debug configuration window, when
he/she chooses "Debug", it will invoke the PTPDebugger inside
ptp.debug.external.....

I do need to change ptp.launch though (about 20 additional lines)....
there is no extension point/schema to "extend" ptp.launch....

Also, it won't change to Debug Perspective... since the debug target
in ptp.debug is not really done yet..... I assume that you want to
bring up a debug perspective when you debug the process(es) ?
