[ptp-announce] PTP 7.0.2 and Photran 8.1.2 released

PTP 7.0.2  (and Photran 8.1.2) is released today.

This is primarily a bug-fix release.

Note that you can only get PTP release 7.0.2 from the PTP-specific update site.

1. The "Eclipse for Parallel Application Developers" (all-in-one download) at http://eclipse.org/downloads still contains PTP 7.0.0
2. The Eclipse Kepler general update site at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler still contains PTP 7.0.0
3. *ONLY* the PTP-specific update site at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/updates/kepler  now contains PTP 7.0.2 (and Photran 8.1.2)
