[ptp-announce] PTP 4.0.7 and Photran 6.0.7 are available

The PTP 4.0.7 bug fix release, including Photran 6.0.7, is now available. This is based on Eclipse 3.6 (Helios)

If you have the PTP update site enabled, you should just be able to use "Check for Updates" from the "Help" menu.

The PTP downloads page at http://eclipse.org/ptp/downloads.php also has links to optional server components.

The PTP update site is http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/updates/helios/ and so it now points to 4.0.7
