[provisioning-dev] Maya updates to support JPA and Eclipse 3.3

As you may have seen, Dennis has checked in code to support using JPA instead of the current dependency on Hibernate.  If you want to play with this, in the near term you'll need to use Toplink Essentials while Oracle sorts out final IP review on EclipseLink.  Also, Maya now correctly supports using the 
org.eclipse.equinox.launcher plugin as the startup.jar equivalent when using Eclipse 3.3 or higher.  The example deployment of Maya now defaults to Eclipse 3.3 instead of 3.2.  We suggest only updating if you are also going to test out using Toplink Essentials since the current code base now has a dependency to that.
