[provisioning-dev] Common Bugzilla Query

Hi *,
as discussed in the workshop, there is now a common bugzilla query that
can be used to show all provisioning related bugs.

"All" is a bit of an overstatement, since it currently shows only
Equinox provisioning bugs :), but I expect it to include more projects
over time.
If you wish to be added to the query you can either follow the
instructions on the page or contact me by sending a mail to this list.
