 e Papyrus IC monthly general teleconference. Meeting agenda will be send b
 efore end-of-day on the Friday prior to the meeting.\n\nPlease note that t
 he meetings that are scheduled the month following the end of a quarter wi
 ll be used as Quarterly Report meetings. This means that the monthly meeti
 ngs in April\, July\, October\, and January (except for this year) will be
  considered as Quarterly meetings. We may have to find an alternative for 
 the July meeting as many people might be on vacations.\n\nAlso\, I have no
 t scheduled any meeting in December at this point. This specific meeting w
 ill have to be scheduled earlier in the month since it will most probably 
 be the meeting during which we present the final budget and plan for the f
