Dear All,

As we had to postpone the webinar because of technical issues, here is the updated invitation.

We would like to cordially invite you to attend a Webinar about OPENCOSS, a tool platform for evolutionary assurance and certification of safety-critical systems, which will take place on Tuesday, May 5th, 16:00 (CET).
Webex information are:
URL: https://meetings.webex.com/collabs/#/meetings/detail?uuid=M8ORI7FAFCJCU4HKWIN2TM2RDO-2YNZ
Meeting number: 238 455 632

Please make sure to be on time as only the 25 first attendees will have access to the webex. Others will have to wait for the publication of the recorded version on our channel.

OPENCOSS is an open-source tool framework that support modeling of standards and regulations from the safety-critical system industries (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-178C, DO-254, EN50126, EN50128, among others), assurance project lifecycle management, compliance tracking, evidence lifecycle management, safety-case modeling, compositional assurance, metrics management, among others. The OPENCOSS infrastructure is based on CCL (Common Certification Language) which extends OMG’s SACM (Structured Assurance Case Metamodel) for a full support of the assurance/certification activities. The ultimate goal of the project is to bring about substantial reductions in recurring safety certification costs, guidance support, and at the same time reduce certification risks through the introduction of more systematic assurance practices.

OPENCOSS will be submitted to Polarsys to be part of the open-source tool ecosystem for embedded system development.

The webinar will provide usage examples from the automotive, railway and aerospace application domains.

Kind regards,
