We don't give any administrative privileges to Bugzilla to
committers. To edit/add versions and milestones, please file a
bug against Eclipse Foundation > Working Groups > Polarsys:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Working%20Groups&component=Polarsys
Since custom fields are global, we'd need approval from the
Polarsys Steering committee. Even then, we greatly discourage the
usage of custom fields.
