there seems to be a natural match. Although there is a lot of information available around Topcased, we find it difficult to find information about the actual industrial appliance of Topcased and the experiences,
benefits and problems that were encountered. We would very much appreciate it if we could come in contact with somebody that has experience with the application of Topcased (preferably within Airbus). We would like
to discuss several questions we have with respect to Topcased and application of it. Some of the questions we have are: - How
broadly is Topcased being applied within Airbus? - How
do you measure the success of applying Topcased? - How
is Topcased being used? Software only, multi-disciplinary and/or by system engineers? - What
was the strategy of the management with respect to introducing Topcased? - Topcased
is meant to be process agnostic. To what extend has that been achieved? - What
experience is there with scaling up Topcased to large projects (100+ developers)? - What
