On this particular topic, I would like to suggest that the group think
carefully about the roles of the Project Planning Committee, versus the PMC
(Project Management Committee) established under the Eclipse Development
Process when the Polarsys Top-Level Project was created. It may be possible,
that the role of the PPC could be performed by the PMC, and the two groups
could be merged.
