[polarsys-iwg] Agenda for the Bilbao meeting
Dear all,

Here are the topics we will discuss on next Tuesday and Wednesday.

Tuesday March 13th

9:00 - 13:00 Private OPEES ITEA2 session

  • Innovations from OPEES

14:30 - 18:00 Polarsys infrastructure and experimentation meeting (with a distant call with the Eclipse infrastructure team)

  • Presentation of the Eclipse processes (IP due diligences, Project creation process, project lifecycle, committers elections, PMC, release train, ...)
  • Polarsys release engineering and release contents
  • Sandbox infrastructure and path to the final infrastructure
  • Relationship between Polarsys and the LTS IWG, Common Build Infrastructure

Wednesday March 14th

9:00 - 13:00 Polarsys meeting  and
14:30 - 16:00 Polarsys meeting

  • Polarsys governance
    • Discussion about appointement of Chairman and SpokePerson
    • List of open topics in the current charter
      • New types of membership?
      • Creation of specific working groups
  • Labelling
