Ias,

Eclipse does support the basic "cvs
edit" command but there is no plan to enhance this support. However,
if someone else from the community, such as yourself, wanted to implement
and own the feature, then it could potentially be added to the plan.

WinCVS supports “reserved edit” in trace. I read 3.0 plan and found that there’s no comment about that, so I’d like to ask whether it is considered or not and let me know how I can help to add the feature.
