[platform-update-dev] Pack200 algorithm for pre 1.5 systems

Just as a heads-up, I've started working on the Pack200 decompression
algorithm for Harmony. My plan is to put the decompression part of the
Pack200 algorithm together first (it's easier and likely to be more
immediately useful) and since it will be implemented in Java, there's
a good likelihood that it can be useful for other applications that
need to do decompression but in a pre Java 1.5 world.

I don't have any code in yet, but I'll let this list know when I do.
Unfortunately, I doubt it will be in time for any 3.2 release, but it
might be useful for future uses and/or back porting to previous
systems.
