I would like to nominate Konrad Kolosowski (konradk@xxxxxxxxxx) as a new
committer for the Install/Update component.
Konrad has been a committer on the Help component from the beginning of
the Eclipse project and has provided many high quality patches for the
update
component. His focus is shifting from Help to Install/Update and needs to
be
granted commit rights in order to be productive.
