[platform-update-dev] User should be able to type a file as a site

goal of the email.

1) making sure the mailing list works ;-)

2) discussing the *select a site* UI. Somebody told me he would like to be
able to type a URL or to type the name of a file (without file) for a Site.
I also believe we can have a browse button that browse the files system,,,
thoughts ?
