Not sure why you talk about baseline. That
is the last official release and nothing that will ever be built by Gerrit.

The builds produce artifacts and they
should be the same as by the normal build.

I think you referring to "normal" builds.
AFAIK our Gerrit builds are
not used in further processing build steps, hence the api baseline
info is IMHO useless.
