[platform-ui-dev] Test coverage: 45.8%

Hi all,

For those who were at the Platform meeting during EclipseCon Europe Unconference, you may remember that when we started discussing test coverage, I reported that the coverage for Platform/UI was 16.8% on SonarQube. That's a low number. lower than everyone's expectation. I had a deeper look at it and found out the metric is made lower than it is in reality because of some bug and/or configuraton issue, reported at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=506452 .

I disabled baseline and could get SonarQube reporting a better number. Coverage with "mvn clean verify -Pbuild-individual-bundles" is actually 45.8% at the moment https://hudson.eclipse.org/platform/view/SonarQube/job/eclipse.platform.ui-SonarQube/ , which is much better!
