Friends of Platform UI,

As we agreed on our platform summit on EclipseCon, we want to move to non-blocking dialogs in the future.

IMHO, if the dialog is already open and the user selects again the corresponding open action, in most cases, we do not want to open another dialog but grand focus to the existing dialog.

Do we have API to determine if a dialog is currently open?
