[platform-ui-dev] Bug 499657 - Inactive committer clean up for Platform UI for the 4.7 release

Friends of Platform UI,
Platform UI is working on our 4.7 planning, and like every year we are
taking the opportunity to clear out committers who have been inactive
for extended periods of time.
Portal shows me that the following committers are inactive:
John Arthorne
Chris Austin
Oleg Besedin
Paul Elder
Steve Francisco
Remy Suen
Curtis Windatt
Paul Webster (wants to keep commit rights)
No committer who is active or interested in remaining active should
lose commit access to any source code they currently have write access
to. If you wish to continue access to Platform UI, Runtime, and User
Assistance, please comment on bug 499657 before August 31th.

I will also ask Webmaster for the recent emails of the above people so
that I can contact them directly.
