+1 for a flatter style and fixing
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=325937 with it.
I proposed a similar change a while ago for the forms CSS see
https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/platform-ui-dev/msg07161.html
and created https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=497024 for
the adaption.
