[platform-ui-dev] Suggested shortcut to toogle full screen mode

Hi,

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=489087 suggest that we
enable the SWT functionality to toogle a full screen mode.
Implementation is trivial but I'm looking for suggestions for a good
keyboard shortcut to toogle this.

F11 is unfortunately taken and JDT will not release this shortcut.

Please comment in the bug.
