Wow!

Those tests drove me to try a bit more cases, and I discovered that dynamism for extensions is already correctly implemented for most Platform UI extensions! https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=484105#c5
I keep in mind that it would be nice to revive those tests soon.
