master has nothing to do with Mars.1.

Mars.1 is the R4_5_maintenance branch,
and that one is still closed until Mars.1 is declared. This was planned
to be tomorrow, but has been postponed for one week, see https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/eclipse-dev/msg10019.html

master has been open since last Friday
when Neon (4.6) M2 was declared. See http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/#4.6_Stable_Builds

Sorry folks but I'm out of the loop now...judging from
the various emails I'm guessing that master is closed for regular development
until Mars.1 goes out, is this correct ?

I have a patch that I was going to +2 but I'll hold off if necessary...
