[platform-ui-dev] Marking easy to fix bugs with "bugday"

Friends of Platform UI,

if you are aware of easy to fix bugs, please mark them with the
"bugday" keyword. We have regular Hackathon in Hamburg and it would be
nice to have a set of good starter bugs.
