[platform-ui-dev] Vote for Committer status for Tony McCrary was started by Lars Vogel

This automatically generated message signals that Lars Vogel has nominated
Tony McCrary as a Committer on the eclipse.platform.ui project. The reason

Tony has contributed countless svg icons to the Eclipse platform project
and actively maintain a Maven mojo which allows us to convert the svg icons
to png files. To simplify Tony future icon contributions and Maven Mojo
contributions, I suggest to Tony as committer for platform.ui, where we
store the svg icons for the top-level Eclipse project.

      Added SVG rendering plugin for generating PNG images from
o.e.u.images     SVG icons, along with instructions (README.md).
      Fixed disabled icon rendering, any directory prefixed with "e" will
have     a disabled folder created containing desaturated icons.
      Updated batik rendering code, now renders directly to native size
using     batik 1.7 and tweaks
      Cleaned up SVG icons (smaller file size, much faster
parsing/rendering,     etc)     Added EMF star icons     pngs new rendered
with the new batik code
      Changed the "hires" argument to "scale" allowing the user to specify 
   arbitrary scale values for rendering. Updated the readme to explain the 
   arguments.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 29 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Tony McCrary must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):
