Yes. Model spy from the e4 tools.

See http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/EclipseRCP/article.html#tutorial_installation_e4tools for the installation. Afterwards use Quick Access to open the model spy.

I'm currently working on bug 411724, but I'm unfamiliar with the shape of the Eclipse model.

Do any tools exist that let you browse the model in a running Eclipse instance?

I'm referring, specifically, to MUIElement and friends.
