Hi,

the Gerrit build triggers for resources and PDE are failing due to a required increase in the Maven version.

To fix the jobs, I requested access and its seem that this requires a server restart. We plan to do this in the next hour, please speak up if you disagree. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=462294

Hudson has the to "prepare to restart" which makes Hudson refusing any new job to be submitted after activation. I assume new jobs are queued and executed after restart.
