If so, if you have 5 minutes, I need
the org.eclipse.e4.rcp feature "touched" to be able to
include a new version of a third party jar. 
Both 'master', and 'R4_4_maintenance'
streams.

I think I have a "work around"
that will allow the I-build and M-test-builds to complete, but, I'd prefer
to have them "right" (without work around) as soon as possible.
