Yes, the master is closed for updates.
It will be opened again for changes not important for M2 after declaring
the M2 candidate (I will send the proper email about it)

Just to remind - tomorrow is our fix
day for major bugs found today that are important for M2

I assume for now that changes in tests and plug-ins not
included into the SDK are still OK but the rest is closed for fixes which
relates to Bugs in M2.

Just a reminder that Tuesday, Sept 16th is our all day test day for 4.5 M2.

During the test day we need to also verify the M2 bugs. The proper Bugzilla's query you can find on the following wiki page - http://wiki.eclipse.org/Platform_UI/Testing

Please test the 20:00 EST Monday's I build from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/

For installing plugins, you can use the following sites:
