Unfortunately I don't have enough time to devote to it. Also, the project management structure between this project and
Rails differs enough that the process would need to be driven by someone with a higher-level view of the overall issues.
A few months ago you had posts either here or on one of the other Eclipse-lists about blanket-closing all stale bugs
(where stale was defined). The approach in this blog post included that idea as one part of his overall plan.
