[platform-ui-dev] 4.3.2 RC2 and test day is this week

Hey-o Folks,

Just a reminder that our RC2 is Wednesday Jan 29th at 08:00 EST.  All of our bugs should be fixed or deferred by then.

Then we'll have an all-day test pass (everybody) on Thursday to both verify 4.3.2 fixes that aren't done yet and to give 4.3.2 a workout and report problems before it deploys.
