[platform-ui-dev] I'm going to re-run Windows M-build tests ...

I think everyone has been busy with M5,
but these 41 test failures, on Windows only, in e4.ui.tests,
concern me, since we are so close to RC2.

If anyone "sees a pattern"
or knows of a change in code that might have caused it, please comment

Paul and I IMd briefly, and decided
it wouldn't hurt to re-run them ... in case it was related to "state
of the windows machine", or something. 
Thought I'd mention it now, since once
I re-run them ... the current report will "disappear" (i.e. be
replace).
