Hi,

in Bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=385003 Tony McCrary offers a SVG based icon set to replace the currently used GIF's by png with real transparency. This should help for a darker CSS theme.

We currently looking for a home in the Git repositories from the SVG. Would it be ok to create a new bundle in platform UI which only hosts the these resources? Plug-ins which use the png files would store a local copy of them.
