[platform-ui-dev] master now open for 4.4

Hi everyone,

master is now open in eclipse.platform.ui and eclipse.platform.runtime for contributions to Luna (4.4).

4.3.1 will be open for contributions *after* we've released Kepler and tagged the repo with the R4_3 tag.

You can begin working on features for Luna or fixes for Kepler SR1 (4.3.1).  For Kepler SR1, please

1) fix the problem in master

2) mark the bug fixed for 4.4 M1

3) clone the bug so it can be backported

4) mark the clone target as 4.3.1
