Brian, I wasn't sure whether the 'e4'
version was being used or not but the required constants were available
so I changed both just in case...;-).

If we want to get rid of the 'e4' version
no problem, the fix was trivial...;-).

The old dialog opens from the main menu. The new e4 dialog opens when opened

I remember coming across this a while back — I figured the e4 variant
was abandoned as we don't (yet) support having pure E4 parts in a E3.x
workbench.  So we need a variant for pure E4 apps and another for
E3.x apps.
