[platform-ui-dev] Moving some bundles in eclipse.platform.ui

In Kepler, I'm going to make 2 sets of changes to the projects in the repo:

Bug 388974 - 
      Move the org.eclipse.ui.tutorials.rcp.part* projects to examples

org.eclipse.ui.tutorials.rcp.part1/
org.eclipse.ui.tutorials.rcp.part2/
org.eclipse.ui.tutorials.rcp.part3/

And I'll be deleting:

org.eclipse.ui.presentations.r21/
org.eclipse.ui.workbench.compatibility/

I'm planning to do these on Wednesday, please feel free to comment any time before then.
