[platform-ui-dev] Please confirm I20120126-1300 as our 4.2 contribution

We are basically done barring any stop-ship bugs we encounter.  We
need to confirm that our build contains the editor area MRU CSS and
the main contribution factory logs an error if it is asked to use
platform:/plugin to load a class.

When testing the model editor, make sure you have
