[platform-ui-dev] Please vote for Paul as new Platform UI project lead

New project leads have to be elected by
the project's committers, and then ratified by the PMC and EMO:

I will start this process by nominating
Paul Webster as the new project lead for Platform UI. As everyone knows,
Paul has a very long history of contributions to Platform UI and I think
he will make an excellent project lead.

I don't think the portal is setup to
do project lead votes, so committers please cast your vote on this mailing
list.
