As discussed at the platform-ui call on Tuesday, we've created a team channel for platform UI committers on IRC.

Our team is made up of committers from many companies, and this is place where we can gather. It's low bandwidth (lower than #eclipse or #eclipse-dev) and not topic specific, like #eclipse-e4
