[platform-ui-dev] I20100115-1000 (or so)

I have tagged org.eclipse.ui.ide with the changes required to respond
to p2 merging their branch back to HEAD. This will allow us to run a
new I build that relative to the previous one has only the p2-related
changes.

Once this build is available, please pick it up so that there are no
compile errors in org.eclipse.ui.ide anymore (without checking out p2
code).
