[platform-ui-dev] 3.5 retrospective

Better late than never, I would like to collect what you think worked well during the 3.5 development cycle, and what didn't work well. Also, any ideas for how we can improve the development process, both internal to Platform UI and within the Eclipse SDK as a whole.
