I am done with A-D (inclusive, sorted by assignee). I found a couple of missing iplog flags, so it seems to be worth doing this check pass.

So far Boris has agreed to take A-D
inclusive (sorted by assignee) and I'll take E-M inclusive.
Anybody want to take the rest? What
you need to do is look at the defect, determine whether or not a patch
contributed by a non-committer was -committed- as part of the fix. If so
then you add the IPLog flag *to the PATCH itself* (you click on the 'details'
link for the patch and set the flag to '+'..
