Yesterday, we split the core data binding bundle into three. Until you pick up an integration build with the changes, you will need two additional projects in your workspace when you load org.eclipse.core.databinding from HEAD. The two new bundles are called:

org.eclipse.core.databinding.observable
org.eclipse.core.databinding.property
