Hi Krzysztof,

I would have a look in org.eclipse.ui.tests.session.SessionTests

We use that test suite to launch tests that must run in a completely
different session.  You might be able to extend
org.eclipse.ui.tests.session.WorkbenchSessionTest.newSetup() and add
command line arguments there.
