[platform-ui-dev] DataBinding has begun 3.4.1 maintenance branch

DataBinding will contribute the following fixes to tomorrow's 
maintenance build:

239015: [Databinding] ObservableListTreeContentProvider adds the value 
passed to TreeViewer#setInput() to the known-elements
