Looks like a bug. I suggest you enter a bug against the SWT component.
They'll move it if it's in the wrong place.

Hi,
Found this stuff, not sure that why.
please see 2 pictures.
In plugin develop wizard,
drag and drop, select some text, if scroller no offset, it's ok.
if scroller offset bottom, it's not ok.
there are some mirror like thing.
Someone interest it?
