kelvin Chan
Apologies for missing this list.
I would like to put forward Kelvin Chan for commit rights on the Platform
UI team. Kelvin has been involved in the direction and design of the Platform
UI look for many years and now leads that effort in 3.3 and as such should
have the full rights of a committer.
