[platform-ui-dev] Keeping track of UI branches and version numbers

Boris and I will be keeping a table of ui plug-ins that have

a) branched to 3.2.1
b) have 3.3 changes without API changes
c) have 3.3 changes with API changes

Should you need to release changes to the 3.2.1 stream or 3.3 and the 
plug-in in question needs updating as a result (i.e. it has no x in the 
table) please contact one of us (and preferably a second set of eyes) to 
set this up.
